In Week 2, you assessed the CEO’s and leader’s philosophy of the organization, proposed a goal alignment with CSR and designed a new Mission Statement. In the final assignment, you will evaluate the leadership issues impacting to the organization, develop a plan and summarize your findings.
Tasks:
Evaluate leadership issues affecting the organization.
Analyzed categories from the Hogan Assessment Leadership Profile (i.e., Challenge, The Engagement Leader, EQ and Values) and developed an actionable leadership plan.
Design a sample compensation package linked to the leadership plan.
Defend key recommendations to be provided to the CEO based upon your assessment of the organization.
