Once the project resources budget and risks have been stated and classified in the risk matrix, you have most of the tools or artifacts needed to manage and monitor project execution. In Week 6, you will explore tools and techniques to oversee project execution and resource utilization, which includes all materials, tools, rentals, and human resources directly related to the project. You must define exact details and the time for each resource and allocate these items across the activities.
Having defined the desired resources, you must create specific plans for the acquisition and delivery at the correct time, including adjustments or changes in the planned execution.
For this assignment, you will prepare a presentation in which you identify and suggest techniques for allocating resources across tasks and activities to avoid issues or risks and how they could be addressed in a proactive manner. This proposed strategy is intended to reduce risks, maximize resources and time use while balancing or reducing costs. Slides should be appropriate for projection at an assembly of your key stakeholders; therefore, there must be a balance of colors, backgrounds, transitions, and animations.
Software: Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi, Open Office, or other presentation software can be used for your presentation.
